Reflection on Communicative tools
It is a primarily text-based system and simple communication tool for teachers and students that allows students to dominate class beyond physical barrier.
Communicative tools are system that easy communication between teachers and students or between students outside the physical barrier classroom. It is including e-mail, electronic bulletin boards, chat, teleconference and electronic white board Synchronous communication tool such as chat or video conference enable real time communication. E-mail is the most commonly used on the internet.
There are two types of communicative tool;
1. Synchronous; means happening at the same time. Learning involves students interacting with a teacher in real time.
2.Asynchronous; not happening at the same time. Learning involves students working outside of a classroom setting and at their own pace.
- Google classroom is a free online service that let teachers and students easily share files with each other. Teachers can post assignments for students to complete and then grade them, all without having to print anything. It also serves as a way of communicating. Teachers can post announcements and upcoming assignments, as well as email both students and their parents.
Importance for Teachers:
Organization and Management: Google Classroom streamlines tasks like creating, distributing, and grading assignments. Teachers can organize resources, announcements, and assignments in one centralized location, making it easier to manage multiple classes.
Efficiency: It saves time by automating routine tasks. Teachers can quickly distribute materials, provide feedback, and communicate with students without the hassle of paperwork or manual tracking.
Enhanced Communication: It facilitates seamless communication between teachers and students. Through announcements, comments, and private messages, teachers can provide support, clarify doubts, and give personalized feedback.
Differentiated Instruction: Teachers can tailor instruction to meet individual student needs. They can assign specific tasks, provide additional resources, or offer extensions based on student progress and learning styles.
Feedback and Assessment: Google Classroom provides tools for efficient grading and feedback. Teachers can provide timely feedback on assignments, track student progress, and identify areas for improvement.
Data Analysis: It offers insights into student performance and engagement. Teachers can analyze data such as assignment completion rates, quiz scores, and participation levels to inform instructional decisions.
Importance for Students:

How to sign in Google Classroom
- Before you start using Google Classroom, you need to make sure you are signed in to your Google account.

- Google Classroom can be accessed by visiting classroom.google.com.
Creating a class:
When you open Google Classroom, the first thing you'll need to do is create a class. Click the Plus icon in the top-right corner, then select Create class.
This will bring up a dialog box asking if you're planning on using Google Classroom at a school with students. This provides teachers and students with more privacy and security measures. If you're using Google Classroom for your own personal use, you won't need to worry about this.
You will then need to enter the name of your class. There's also the option to enter a Section, Subject, and Room if you're using Google Classroom in a school and want to include this information. When you're done, click Create.
Adding students to your class via email
Once you've created your class, you'll need to add your students to it. To do this, you'll first need to navigate to the People tab.
This will bring up a menu where you can type your students' various email addresses. Once you've added these, click Invite.
Creating an assignment:
Whenever you want to create new assignments, questions, or material, you'll need to navigate to the Classwork tab.
In this tab, you can create assignments and view all current and past assignments. To create an assignment, click the Create button, then select Assignment. You can also select Question if you'd like to pose a single question to your students, or Material if you simply want to post a reading, visual, or other supplementary material.
This will bring up the Assignment form. Google Classroom offers considerable flexibility and options when creating assignments.

Creating a quiz:
To create a quiz, you'll first need to create a basic form.
Navigate to the Google Forms homepage, then click the Blank icon.
Selecting correct answers for your questions:
For each question on your quiz, you'll need to define the correct answers. To do this, click Answer Key.
Each question has a Required switch. If you want students to answer the question, switch on Required. A red asterisk will appear next to the quiz question to let them know that it is mandatory.
